Tasks thoughts
After deciding to create a webquest to assist new instructors in online education, a number of tasks have come to mind:
1. Know thy LMS (Learning Management System)
2. Know thyself regarding your teaching style
3. Know thy students' learning styles
4. Know some learning theories
I will be posting these tasks to my webquest site after consolidating resources for these tasks. When the learner is comfortable with this information, they should be able to tie these resources together to formulate an online teaching style that is tailored to their unique persona.
